Filippi, Joseph. Age 75 of Trenton was born on May 12, 1940 in Wyandotte, Michigan to Hugo and Iola (nee: Campodalorto) Filippi and died on September 13, 2015. Beloved husband of 53 years to Elaine. Loving dad of Jeffrey (Linda) and Theodore (Penelope). Proud grandpa of Nina, Eva, Milana and Vincenzo. Joseph was a graduate of Roosevelt High School in Wyandotte and of Walsh College. He was a certified public account whose primary love in life was his family and grandchildren. He also enjoyed camping, traveling and spending his winters with his wife in Florida. Memorial service on Saturday 11 am at The Trenton Chapel of The Martenson Family of Funeral Homes, 3200 West Rd. Memorial gathering is on Friday 4 - 8 pm at the funeral home. Memorial contributions to honor his memory may be made to the American Diabetes Association. Inurnment Our Lady of Hope Cemetery. A video tribute will be added, please check back.
