John Ureckis, Jr.

John was born on August 16, 1931 in Detroit, Michigan and died on December 11, 2019 at his home at the age of 88; he was of Exeter Twp. and formerly of Allen Park. Beloved husband of Delores. Loving dad of Robert (Karen) Ureckis and David (Janis) Ureckis. Proud grandpa of Tiffany (Matthew), Tabetha (Joseph), Tracy (Mike), Jordan (Andy) and Kendal and GGPA of 10. Also survived by other loving family and friends. Preceded in death by his parents John and Martha and one brother William. Visitation is on Tuesday, December 17, 2019 from 3 – 8 pm with a service on Tuesday, December 17, 2019 at 6 pm both at The Allen Park Chapel of The Martenson Family of Funeral Homes, 10915 Allen Rd. (Corner of Goddard). Memorial contributions may be made as the donor chooses.
