John "Jack" Riley

John “Jack” Riley, of Fort Myers, Florida, formerly of Trenton, Michigan. Passed away February 3, 2021. Beloved husband to Marian. Loving father to Lynn (Jerry) Black and John (Suzanne) Riley. Dear grandpa to Mary Rose (Jason) Mast, Andrew Black, Ben (Hannah) Riley, Tim (Dana) Riley and Zachary (Jordan) Riley. Cherished great grandpa to Bella Mast, Gracyn Mast, Jackson Riley and Tucker Riley. He is preceded in death by his parents, Clell and Nina Riley, his brother, William Riley, and his sister Patricia. He is survived by his sister-in- law Jean Riley. John graduated from Trenton High school in 1946. He proudly served his country in the Korean War. He was the proud owner of Jack Riley Athletic Equipment Company. He was one of the founding members of Downriver Cycling Club. When he was in his 70’s he biked from California to Florida. The trip lasted from January 8, 1995 to February 23, 1995. He biked a total of 3,100 miles. A memorial service will be held in the spring.
