John E. Trent

John Edward Trent was born on November 19, 1954 in Ypsilanti, Michigan and died on May 31, 2020 at his home in Taylor at the age of 65. Loving husband of the late Sheila. Beloved dad of Amie (Scott) Mitchell, Melissa (James) Waltereit, Raymond Trent (Rebecca), Amanda Trent and John Trent (Samantha Tucker). Cherished papa of 10 and great grandpa of 1. Dearest brother of Judy (Guy) Cline and David (Sophia) Trent. Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, other loving family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents John and Dorothy (nee: Lee) Trent, one sister Shirley Skiver and one brother Jimmy Trent. Painting and detailing cars, hunting, fishing and camping brought John so much joy in his life. Memorial contributions may be made as the donor chooses.
