John D. Idol. Age 70 of Gibraltar. Passed away July 8, 2020. Beloved husband of Sharon for 47 years. Loving brother of Guy (Barbara) Idol and Chester "Allen" Idol. Survived also by many loving nieces, nephews and extended family. Preceded in death by his parents Chester and Meda Idol and a brother Charles Idol. Services will take place at Shumate Funeral Home in Middlesboro, KY. Days and times will be posted once all is confirmed. Interment will take place at Green Hills Memorial Gardens, Middlesboro, KY.
