John Alexander Lavassaur

John Alexander LaVassaur of Trenton, Michigan passed away on Wednesday, August 23, 2023 at the age of 65 after a brief battle with pancreatic cancer. Cherished brother of Jean LaVassaur, Tom (Marcia) LaVassaur, and Kathy (Bruce) Hunter. Loving uncle of Lia (Kai) Bigelow, Jason Hunter, and Mathew (Jennifer) Hunter. Caring great-uncle of Henrik, Alice, Tehya, Sean, and D’Andre. Dearest cousin and friend to many. John was a music and computer enthusiast. His lastest passion was 3D modeling. John was preceded in death by his parents Harold and Dorothy LaVassaur and his brother Greg LaVassaur. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to the Trenton Chapel of The Martenson Family of Funeral Homes located at 3200 West Road, 48183. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network in John’s honor.
