John A. Rex

John A. Rex of Detroit, Michigan passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, April 7, 2024 at the age of 43. Beloved father of Jewels Rex, Jocelin Rex, and Jonayah Rex. Cherished son of Velma Rex. Dear brother of Frank (Kimberly) Rex and Paul Rex. Loving uncle of Lou Lou, Haylee, Skye, Kyla, Frankie, and Sebastian. Caring great-uncle of Micah, Elayah, and Rylan. John is also survived by many cousins. He will be deeply missed by many loving family and friends.

Visitation for John will take place on Friday, April 12, 2024 from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Saturday, April 13, 2024 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Allen Park Chapel of The Martenson Family of Funeral Homes located at 10915 Allen Road, 48101. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 13, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
