Joan Marie Lafrance

Born in Trenton, Joan was the daughter of Hubert and Vivian (Rivard) LeMieux. She was married to Donald Joseph LaFrance in 1971. Sadly he preceded her in death July 20, 1991. A dedicated homemaker, Joan also worked as a Nurse at the Veteran's Administration Hospital in Allen Park for 10 years, retiring 1995. Joan leaves to cherish her memory her children: Donna (Anthony) Sucharski of Newport, Denise (Charles) Wilson of Port Austin, Dianne (Thomas) Hundley of Taylor, Darrell (Maryanne) Ezmerlian of Williamston and Dennis (Shelley) Ezmerlian of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada; 9 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren; as well as her siblings: Karen Allen of Southgate, Kathy (Bob) Morgan of Grass Lake, Dale (Kathy) LeMieux of Howell and Jimmy LeMieux of Lincoln Park. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by 3 siblings: Tom LeMieux, Donnalee Woodruff and Marilyn Crawley.
