Joan "Cathy" Gorowski

Born in Maybee, Cathy was the daughter of John and Helen (Kocak) Kochis. She married the love of her life, Stanley Gorowski, on April 1, 1967. Sadly he preceded her in death September 21, 1998. A dedicated homemaker, Cathy faithfully served her lord at Dundee Baptist Church as its oldest living member. She had worked for Ford Motor Company at both the Saline and Milan plants. Cathy leaves to cherish her memory, her children: Vernon (Deb) Gorowski of Monroe, Michael (Terri) Gorowski of Maybee, Dan Gorowski of Maybee and Mark Gorowski of Maybee; as well as six grandchildren: Krystle, Johnny, Jessica, Austin, Tasha, Cody; eight great grandchildren: Alexis, Logan, Bradan, Riley, Ethan, Cady, Maddie and Nate; and two sisters: Irene (Curtis) Isom of Tecumseh and Rosie (Denny) Richmond of Tecumseh. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a sister Sarah and a grandson Michael.
