He was born and raised in Southwest Detroit. Beloved father of Jimmy Angel Rosario, III and Analiyah Elianna Rosario. Dearest brother of Alexis Elkins, Joshua Elkins, Jesse Elkins, Mariah Elkins, Matthew Elkins, Matthew Rosario, Gabriel Rosario, Juanita Elkins, Chelsea Elkins, and Manny Rosario Jr. (Zanaida). Cherished son of Kelly and Jessie Elkins and of Jimmy Angel Rosario, Sr. Proud grandson of Deborah Rogers-Hall, Jerry Tidwell, and Ana Rosario. Also great grandparents Juanita Harber and Heriberta Rodriguez. Also survived by his uncles Jason Cantrell, Vincent Vasquez, Mickey Neal and Manny Rosario; his Aunt Jaime Cantrell, Nicole Brown, as well as several other uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews and many other loving family members. Preceded in death by cousin Nico Rosario, Grandpop Manuel Rosario, Uncle Anthony Rosario, and Aunt Stephanie Hall.
