Jessie B. Witte

Jessie Barbara Witte of Taylor, MI passed February 11, 2023 at the age of 91 surrounded by her family. Jessie was the daughter of Michal Filek and Helen Kaminski. She was the beloved wife of her late husband, Frank Witte, of 61 years. She is survived by her son Frank, daughter-in-law Sarah, and grandchildren Megan and Erin.

Her sassy and welcoming spirirt was infectious. This charismatic energy allowed her to form instant connections with anyone she came in contact with.

The bonds she formed with her in-laws, nieces, nephews, and friends was inspiring to all. Jessie lived for her family. She cherished the time spent with loved ones, playing cards, dancing, and drinking martinis. She also was an avid chef and woman of faith. Her dedication to Christ was unwavering throughout her life.

She is greeted in heaven by her brother John Filek, brother Theophil Filek, sister Ann Lankford, sister Sophie Zajac, brother Tadeusz Filek.
