Jerry Ponte

Jerry Ponte of Taylor, Michigan passed away on Friday, November 25, 2022 at the age of 88. Beloved husband of the late Jean Ponte. Cherished father of Paula Ponte and Marsha (Wayne) Wright. Dear grandfather of Benjamin (Kayla) VanHook, Lauren (Brian) Hufford, Megan (Jeremy) Klotz, and Nicholas Ponte. Loving great-grandfather of Beckham Klotz, Millie VanHook, and baby Klotz on the way. Jerry will be deeply missed by many loving family and friends.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Allen Park Chapel of The Martenson Family of Funeral Homes located at 10915 Allen Road, 48101. A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 2, 2022 at Angelica Lutheran Church located at 8400 Park Ave., Allen Park, MI 48101. In State 9:30 a.m. and the service to begin at 10:30 a.m. Interment to follow at Oak Ridge Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to the Alzheimer's Association in Jerry's honor.
