Loving father of Barbara Ann Zocher, Jeffrey Scott Ouellette Jr (Jenna Ouellette)Breanna Rivera, David Michael Ouellette, and Matthew Jay Wiker. A Grandfather of Jayden Zachary Stamper, Kayden Richardson, Brynn Elizabeth Ouellette, and Lucah Joseph Ouellette. A devoted brother to Clifford John Ouellette II (Lisa Ouellette) and a loving uncle to Clifford John lll(Ann Ouellette) and Alicia McLean (Alan McLean) and their daughters Cheyenne and Sierra. He is survived by many cousins that he considered brothers. Jeff loved to fish, cook, and watch Nascar. His laugh was infectious and he had a big heart. He is preceded in death by his parents Clifford John I and Sheila Gail Ouellette and his son Zachary Ouellette.

He will be deeply missed by many loving family and friends.
