Jeffrey Scott Mr. Cooke

Cooke, Jeffrey Scott. He was born July 30, 1963 and was a life-time resident of Gibraltar. Passed away August 30, 2011 after a 10 month battle with lung cancer. Beloved husband of Angela. Proud dad of Courtney (Adam) Schultz, Cara (Thomas) Manial, Stephanie Cooke (her boyfriend Stephen Calvird), Madison Cooke and his nephew/son Austin McAllister. Grandpa of Adrianna Schultz. Dearest son of Robin Keith (Barbara) and the late Dorothy Wampler. Also survived by his sister Diana, as well as nieces, nephews, other loving family and friends. Jeff's passions in life were serving His Lord Jesus Christ his Savior, loving his family, duck hunting, fishing and his love of the water. He longed to be a Yooper. He was an 18 year employee of the City of Gibraltar DPW and very special friends with the fire and police departments and the City Hall. Jeff gave his life to the Lord in 1991 and served at First Baptist Church of Gibraltar creating a family in Christ. Thank you to all our friends in and around the City of Gibraltar that have so graciously committed to help with financial and spiritual needs, love and prayers with our children and family with kidney disease and cancer and with an outpouring of love!
