JEFFERY CARROLL V. January 5, 1961 -August 1, 2017 Jeffery was born and raised in Riverview. He also lived in River Rouge, Southfield and Oxford. He was the spouse of the late Vladimir and the Son of Lewis and the Late Theresa. Dear Brother of Lisa (Joe) and Christopher (Gina). Proud Uncle of CeCelia (Kevin) and Christopher. Also survived by a large group of loving friends. Jeffery had a passion for interior design that he made a great career. He was a Deacon in his church, he loved his cats, and his garden Jeffery was always looking for a new project.
