Janice Ann Straub

Born in Monroe, Janice was the daughter of Clayton and Margaret (DuVall) Cousino. She married the love of her life, Arthur "Dale" Straub, on September 15, 1956 at St. Charles Catholic Church in Newport. A dedicated homemaker, Janice was a member of Divine Grace Parish-St. Joseph Chapel and the Christian Mothers as well as the Red Hat Society. She enjoyed shoping, collecting dolls and antiques, but her most treasured times were those spent with family. Janice leaves to cherish her memory Dale, her husband of the past 61 years; children: Thomas (Rita) Straub of Monroe, Daniel (Kimberlee) Straub of Maybee, Gary (Laurie) Straub of Mattawan, Michele (Art) Jennings of Monroe, Timothy (Kelly) Straub of Erie and Alan (Correen) Straub of Brighton; grandchildren: Jason, Leslie, Derek, Tyler, Vance and Kaine; great grandchildren: Kaleb and Dane; as well as two brothers: Richard (Betty) Cousino of Monroe and Douglas (Sue) Cousino of Monroe. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother Lynn Cousino. Those wishing to make a memorial contribution in honor of Janice are asked to consider Divine Grace Parish.
