James "Jay" Curtis Elswick Ii

James Curtis Elswick II, also known as Jay, was born on October 31, 1991 and passed away on June 21, 2022, at the age of 30. Jay enjoyed riding dirtbikes and fourwheelers, and just being outside in general. Jay is survived by his mother Michelle (Tom) Foust; his father James Elswick; his step mother Peggy Elswick; his siblings Matthew Elswick, Zack Foust, and Blaine Ruffing; his precious daughter Sarah, his grandparents Hershel Elswick, Pat and Ed Plemmons, and Lois Stratton; as well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins. In honor of Jay, memorial contributions or donations can be made to the family.
