James J. "Jim" Ketcher

James J. “Jim” Ketcher, age 80 of Brownstown Twp., passed away August 23rd, 2023.

Born in Highland Park, MI, James was the son of the late Harold and Dorothy (Bolen) Ketcher. After graduating high school, he proudly served his country in the United States Navy. On October 25th, 1979, he married the love of his life, the late Donna (Sowards) Ketcher. James worked for many years at the United States Post Office before retiring in 1992. He enjoyed boating, collecting coins, traveling up north, and working on his classic cars.

Proud father of Anthony Ketcher, Annette (Jake) Hunt and the late Carl Ketcher. Proud grandfather of Chase Ketcher, Mara Hunt and Reese Hunt. James is also survived by brothers Harold and John Ketcher.
