Father of Kathleen (James) Nesbitt, Michael (Margarete) Netter, Christine Tongue-Netter and Paul (Susan) Netter. Grandfather of 12. Brother of William (Doris) Netter and Joan (Larry) Nelson-Netter. Preceded in death by parents John and Marie Powers-Netter and brother Edward Netter. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Parkinson's Foundation or Michigan Right To Life
