Jacob M. Cholmondeley

Jacob was born on September 10, 1985 in Trenton, Michigan and died May 25, 2014 in Riverview at the age of 28. Beloved son of Caroline Kadamus. Loving brother of Jeremy Cholmondeley, Joshua Kadamus and Juliana Kadamus. Cherished grandson of Jeraline Katai and Jan Carter. Dearest uncle of Rebecca, Jeremy and Marissa. Also survived by other loving family and many friends. Jacob attended Summit Academy in Romulus and Baker College of Allen Park; He was formerly employed at the Family Dollar in Riverview. Jacob was an excellent caregiver to his mom and he was very intelligent. He was a very gifted musician who played guitar, piano and drums who also wrote music and enjoyed singing. Memorial contributions to honor his memory may be made to the family.
