Howard R. Short ;age 90, May 1, 2016 of Trenton. Beloved husband of Helen for 69 years. Loving father of Luanne (Brad) O'Connor, Russell (Cheryl) and Sally (Sean) Austin. Dearest gramps of Stephanie (Andrew Himick) O'Connor, Kristie O'Connor, Ken (Chrissy) O'Connor, Bryan (Regina), Meghan (Brian) Beckowski, Michael (Darcie) Uckele, Andrea Uckele and great-gramps of 10. Dear brother of Wallace (Dottie), Lois (the late Jimmy) Miller and the late Lester (Eleanor). Also survived by several nieces, nephews, other loving family members and friends. Donations in memory of Howard may be made to the donor's charity of choice.
