Hershell "Buddy" Morgan

Hershell “Buddy” Morgan was born on May 29, 1936 in Soddy-Daisy, Tennessee and went home to be with the Lord on January 6, 2020 at the age of 83; he was of Woodhaven. Beloved husband of 56 years to Carol (nee: Connell). Loving dad of Peter Morgan, the late Randy Morgan and of Timothy (Kim) Morgan. Proud Papa of Aaron, Brittany, Leon, Peter Jr.,Sandra and Kelly. Dearest brother of Brenda Francis. Also survived by his great grandchildren as well as many other loving family and friends. Buddy was preceded in death by his parents Virgil Morgan and Artie Cates (nee: Roberts) and two brothers Wilburn Morgan and Harley Gene Morgan. Visitation is on Thursday, January 9, 2020 from 3 – 8 pm at The Trenton Chapel of The Martenson Family of Funeral Homes, 3200 West Rd., Trenton. The funeral service is on Friday, January 10, 2020 at 12 pm at the funeral home; Rev. Loyd Locklear will officiate. Interment is at Michigan Memorial Park Cemetery. Memorial contributions to honor Buddy’s life may be made as the donor chooses.
