Helen D. Trosien

Trosien, Helen D. (nee: Sachs); age 89; was born on April 30, 1927 in Monroe, Michigan and passed through the doors to heaven on September 11, 2016. She was born and raised in Monroe, Michigan. Preceded in death by her parents Clarence and Clara Sachs. Beloved wife of the late Walter. Dear mother of Charles (Laura), Thomas (Lisa) and Kenneth. Cherished grandma and nana to Matthew (Andrea), Benjamin (Jacqueline), Jenna and Macie. Sister of Wilbur Sachs, Bertha Strimpel, Verna Trosien, Betty Laeder, Marjorie Steinke, the late Ruth Pickford and the late Marvin Sachs. Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and friends. She was a member of Christ the King Lutheran Church in Southgate for over 60 years. Memorial contributions may be made to Christ the King Lutheran Church, Southgate or to the Disabled American Veterans.
