Gwen Brannick

Gwen Brannick, of Trenton, Michigan, passed away surrounded by family June 14, 2018 at the age of 89. She was born May 30, 1929 in Wyandotte, Michigan to Joseph and Daisy Thomlinson, with the family moving to Trenton soon after. She married the love of her life, the late Duane Brannick, in 1951. Together they raised their two children, were small business owners, and active participants in their community. After Duane's death, Gwen continued to be involved in many public service organizations, the most prevalent being Soroptimist International. She also loved traveling and spent much of her time seeing the sights here and abroad with the Nomads. She was the loving mother of Debra (the late Michael) Pippin and Larry Brannick, cherished grandma of Kristina (Ben) Rossbach and Robert Pippin, proud great-grandma of Nicolas Rossbach, and dear sister to Joyce Hartwell and the late Raymond Thomlinson. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
