Gilbert White Beasley Jr..

Gilbert White Beasley Jr., age 68 of South Rockwood, passed away September 21, 2024.

Born November 10, 1955 in Detroit, Gilbert was the son of Gilbert and Ruby (Parsley) Beasley. A 1974 Graduate of Clarenceville High School, Gilbert married the love of his life, Jill Harvell, on October 13, 1979. He worked as a machine operator at Chrysler Trenton Engine Plant for over 37 years, retiring in 2011. A self-taught mechanic, he enjoyed endless hours in his garage on engine repairs Gilbert enjoyed fishing and hunting, but his most treasured times were those spent with his family.

Gilbert leaves to cherish his memory, Jill, his wife of the past 44 years; children: Erica (Adam) Pennington and Holly Beasley; four beautiful granddaughters: Harper, Hannah, Addison and Hazel; as well as 2 sisters and a brother Jerry Lee Beasley; and an uncle Maurice (Shirley) Beasley. Sadly he was preceded in death by his parents and a brother Joel Beasley.

Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Martenson Family of Funeral Home-Ford Chapel.
