Geri Ann Mccarthy

Geri Ann was born on October 5, 1987 in Detroit, Michigan and died at Michigan Medicine on July 7, 2018 at the age of 30; she was of Taylor. Cherished mom of Damien and Dominic. Beloved daughter of Theresa VanCleave and Michael McCarthy. Loving fiancée of Jesse Smith. Dearest sister of Jessica and Jeremy and aunt to Shane, Shy Ann, Shae and Otis. Also survived by her grandfather William VanCleave as well as many other loving family and friends. Preceding her in death are her grandparents Geraldine McCarthy and Catherine VanCleave. Geri Ann cherished her family and she was all about football; she loved to watch her son play for the Riverview Pirates and she was heavily involved with the school district. Memorial contributions to honor her life may be made to the family and will be used to care for Geri Ann's children.
