George M. Melton Jr.

George M. Melton Jr., of Brighton, formerly of Trenton, passed away at the age of 70 on January 9, 2023. Husband of Antoinette. Father of Amy Ciminello and George M. Melton III. Grandfather of Matthew Ciminello, Bethany Ciminello, and George Melton IV. Brother of Vicki Kerr, the late Rick Melton, Dennis Melton and James Melton. George is survived by many nieces, nephews and other family members. He is preceded in death by his parents, George M. Melton Sr. and Catherine A. Melton.

George proudly served his country in the United States Marines. He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed woodworking, camping and hunting.

A memorial gathering will be held at The Martenson Family of Funeral Homes- Trenton Chapel on Thursday January 26, 2023 from 3:00 pm until 9:00 pm.
