Gene Spurr

Gene Spurr, of Newport, passed away May 7, 2022. Loving mother of William and Dawn. Grandmother of two grandsons. Beloved daughter of the late William Langford and Shirley Foley. She is survived by many cousins, and dear friends. Gene was part of a pool league. She enjoyed to lounge in the sunshine, whether it was by the pool or boating with friends. She had a true love for being outside. Visitation will be held at The Martenson Family of Funeral Homes, Trenton Chapel on Wednesday May 11, from 12pm – 8pm. A funeral service will take place at 4 pm.
