Gayle Jean Mondro

Gayle Jean Mondro, age 79 of Rockwood, passed away May 22, 2023 at the University of Michigan Hospital

Born June 10, 1943 in Windsor, Ontario, Canada, Gayle was the daughter of Theodore Roy and Florence (Skeats) Laesser. She married Bruno Mondro on December 30, 1964. Gayle worked for Gibraltar Public Schools for over 23 years. She enjoyed cooking and was especially fond of dogs participating in a Yorkie rescue community, but her most treasured times were those spent with her family.

Gayle leaves to cherish her memory her daughter Danielle Marshall; a grandson Sean Marshall; a brother Bradley (Janice) Laesser and a son-in-law David Marshall. Sadly, she was preceded in death by her parents and step fathers, Arthur Laesser and Robert Heimann. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Allan Laesser.
