Gail A. Rigdon

Click on the tribute wall above to view Gail’s video tribute. Gail Ann Rigdon, age 62 of Monroe, passed away Monday, May 10, 2021 at ProMedica Toledo Hospital. Born April 20, 1959 in Monroe, Gail was the daughter of Edward and Ruth Mary (Raymo) Kleinsmith. Gail worked for 18 years as a Legal Secretary in the Monroe County Circuit Court for Judge Michael LaBeau, retiring in 2014 She loved animals and was always willing to help others in need, but her most treasured times were those spent with her family. Gail leaves to cherish her memory her daughter Katie (Danny) Shaw; a grandson Benjamin Shaw; a sister-in-law Jill Kleinsmith; a nephew Jeffrey Kleinsmith; a niece Amy (Sean) Schwartz; and her beloved dog Frankie. Sadly she was preceded in death by her son Jason Gibson; her parents and a brother Gary Kleinsmith. Memorial contributions in honor of Gail may be made to the Humane Society of Monroe County.
