Tony Scibilia was born August 19, 1947 in Detroit, Michigan to Joseph and Giovanna (Moschelli) Scibilia. His love for our great country showed in his time serving her in our US Navy, he took pride in the service he did. In September of 1966 he would meet the love of his life and future wife, Cathy, the two were married on February 14, 1970. From there he would grow and start their life together and grow their family. He had six children that he loved very much; Marc (Tracie) Scibilia, Amy (Brian) Bonnett, Matt (Joy) Scibilia, Holly (Dave) Zaluski, Steven (Courtne) Scibilia, and Eddie (Michelle) Key. He is also survived by a brother, Gene. Tony had a passion for computers and technology which would be shown in his professional career as a computer systems analyst. But more than anything, Tony loved being a father and eventually a grandfather to his seventeen grandchildren; Rachel, Sydnee, Aleah (Anthony), Nathan, Abbie, Dominic, Audrey, Abigail, Olivia, Jackson, Hunter, Kate, Bobby, Christy, Maddie, Anthony, and Jesse. He was a car enthusiast, an active member in his retirement community, and an avid WII bowler, earning himself 10 turkeys this season alone. Tony returned home to his parents, a loving brother, Larry Scibilia, and two grandsons, Jason and Matthew on November 14, 2016. Family and friends can come to cherish and remember the life and legacy of Tony at Allore Funeral Home in Monroe, MI on Friday, November 18th from 2pm-9pm. There will be a service lead by Father Bob McCabe at 7pm that same night.
