Fred Mastrodonato, age 95 of Trenton. Born in Bagnoli del Trigno, Italy in 1921, Fred was the son of Antonio and Carmelia (Greco) Mastrodonato. He came to America as a small child. He grew up in Fairmont, West Virginia. After graduation he moved to Michigan and worked at Ford Motor Company before going into the Army to serve our country. Fred was a proud World War II Vet who was honored to have served in the 3rd Army under General George S. Patten. He retired from Great Lakes Steel after 38 years of service. In his retirement Fred loved to relax and watch sports. Fred is survived by his son Anthony and daughter-in law Linda; grandchildren: Gina (Chris) Mace and Angela (Gerard) Kenrick; as well as his great grandchildren: Mackenzie, Max, Michael and Marguerite. Sadly he was preceded in death by his wife Martha; parents Antonio and Carmela; a brother Pete and his 2nd wife Ann. Click on the multimedia tab to view Fred's video tribute.
