Ethel Mae (Begeman) Johnson

Ethel Mae (Begeman) Johnson of Holt, Michigan, formerly of Trenton, passed away on Friday, October 11, 2024 at 102 years old. Beloved wife of 49 years to the late Kenneth H. Johnson. Cherished mother of Jane (Michael) Brown, the late Richard Johnson, Kerry (Kathleen) Johnson, and Sally (Lloyd) Smith. Dear grandmother of Daniel (Diana), Philip, Janelle (Steve), Timothy (Robin), Spring (Ray), Jeremy, Leanne (Jon), Casey (Erin), Emily (Robert), Bradley (Tearsa), and Kenny (Jenny). Dearest great-grandmother of 21, and great-great-grandmother of two and one on-the-way. Dedicated aunt of many nieces and nephews. Ethel was preceded in death by her parents and her siblings; Ila (Estel), Elton (Gerry), Violet (Hob), Ruth (David), Don (Judy), and Dale (Geneva). Ethel was a 94-year resident of Trenton, Michigan. Her legacy was an everlasting one and lives on through her surviving family. She will be deeply missed by many loving family and friends.

Visitation for Ethel will take place on Sunday, October 20, 2024 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Trenton Chapel of The Martenson Family of Funeral Homes located at 3200 West Road, 48180. The funeral service will take place at 12:30 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will take place at Michigan Memorial Park Cemetery in Huron Township, Michigan.
