Rusty Otter, age 57, of Frenchtown Twp., Michigan, survived by beloved companion Elizabeth Navarre, loving father of Nicholas (Sarah) Otter and Natalie (Tim) Otter, dear brother of William (Goya) Carlton, Michael Stephenson, John Stephenson, Carol (Al) Kamin, Shirley Szomolyai, Sandra (Richard) Holdiman, Patricia (Bill) Bank and Theresa (Jon) Pitock, proud grandfather of Nicholas, Ethan and Brad, brother in law of Louis Roberts. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ernest H. and Waneta (Shaffer) Otter; brothers, Fred and Richard Carlton.
