Eric James Parker

Eric James Parker died peacefully on June 7th, 2021, in his home next to family. He was born July 3rd, 1976. He is survived by his mother Pamela (Brake) Parker and father, Kenneth Parker. He is also survived by his sister Stacey, his brothers Greg (Kristie), Todd (Jenny), and his nieces and nephews, Chelsea, Cody, Cooper, Logan and Reese. Eric was a graduate of Trenton High School. He was passionate about all sports, including fishing, hunting, and his beloved Detroit Tigers. He loved music and could often be found attending any number of concerts with family and friends. Eric was an amazing cook. He loved spending time in the kitchen. He would often create some of his own recipes and would always volunteer to be the chef at any family outing. He was a devoted member of the Trenton Church of Christ and inspired others to follow in his footsteps. He was an inspiration to so many with his courage as he fought through many health issues during his time with us. We know he is in a better place and will be forever missed. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at the Trenton Church of Christ, located at 2650 Grange Rd. in Trenton, MI on Saturday June 12th at 11am to 12:30pm. Our Celebration will resume at 1:00pm at Bierhaven (20030 Vreeland Rd. Woodhaven, MI) with lunch being served at 2:00pm. Please wear casual clothes or any sort of Tiger's Memorabilia. We want to thank all our friends and family who have sent kind words and prayers and look forward to celebrating his life with you.
