Elsie J. Montague

Montague, Elsie June. Age 85. October 3, 2018. Formerly of Woodhaven. Beloved wife of the late Vernon L. Loving mother of Rolinda (James) McKnight. Dearest "grandmen" to Elizabeth, Emily, Elora, Esther and James. Preceded in death by 6 brothers and 4 sisters. Elsie was super talented and worked as a Dental Assistant but was most noted for her work at the Woodhaven McDonalds. She enjoyed reading the bible, praying and sharing the gospel of Jesus with others and was also known for her homemade apple and pumpkin pies. Her favorite quote was- "You gotta be prayed up, filled up and ready to go". Memorial contributions made in honor of Elsie may be made to the Kingdom of Ordinary Priests.
