Ellen Louise O'Leary

Ellen Louise (O’Neil) O’Leary 89, of Grosse Ile, Michigan died June 30, 2022. Beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, Ellen was an inveterate baseball fan, enthusiastic cross word puzzler and avid reader. A native of Arlington MA, Ellen was a graduate of Framingham State (MA), later completing a Masters at Eastern Michigan. Surviving are her children, two sons, Michael W. (Elizabeth) O'Leary of Brownstown Township, MI and Jeffrey A. (Shirley) O'Leary of Owings, MD; a daughter, Amy M. O'Leary of Flat Rock, MI; nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Ellen O'Leary, was predeceased by her husband, Robert J. O’Leary Sr. and sons, David M. (Sally) O'Leary; Robert J. (Laura) O’Leary Jr. Interment will be July 11, at Our Lady of Hope Cemetery, Allen Rd, Brownstown Twp, MI., with a memorial service at 11:00 am in the cemetery chapel.
