Sanchez, Elizabeth. Age 44 of Allen Park. Elizabeth was born March 5, 1971 in Detroit, Michigan and died on July 5, 2015 in Allen Park, Michigan. Loving mother of Alec. Beloved daughter of Eliud and Margarita (nee: Garza) Sanchez. Dearest sister of Roy (Nadia) Sanchez, Yolanda (Jose) Guzman and Eliud U. Sanchez. Proud aunt to Jose, Jr., Cristian, Nicholas, Yanesa and Natasha. Also surviving are other loving family and friends. Elizabeth was a graduate of Western International High School in Detroit and earned her Associates Degree from Clearwater College. She was employed as a sales office administrator at CIE Automotive. Elizabeth loved cooking and calla lilies; she was also an avid reader. Visitation Tuesday 3 – 9 pm with a Rosary at 6 pm at The Allen Park Chapel of The Martenson Family of Funeral Homes, 10915 Allen Rd. (Corner of Goddard). She will lie in state Wednesday 9:30 am at Christ The Good Shepherd Catholic Church, 1540 Riverbank in Lincoln Park, MI until Funeral Liturgy at 10 am. Interment Our Lady of Hope Cemetery, Brownstown Twp., Michigan. Memorial contributions to honor her memory may be made as the donor chooses.
