Elizabeth Mae Garrow

Born Trenton, Elizabeth was the daughter of Herman & Matilda (Fountain) Koch. She married Charles Garrow on October 10, 1942. Sadly he preceded her in death August 4, 1997. Elizabeth worked for aver 20 years for Calgon in Rockwood, retiring in 1977. She enjoyed bowing and traveling and had been president of her community social club in Florida. Elizabeth leaves to cherish her memory her two daughters: Pamela (Michael) LaFleur of Manistee and Darlene (David) Peryam of Rockwood; five grandchildren: Michael (Shawn) LaFleur, Dwayne LaFleur, Leonard (Kristi) Peryam, Steven (Dawn) LaFleur and Julie (Brett) DeBoodt; as well as five great grandchildren: Jonah Peryam, Alison DeBoodt, Zachary DeBoodt, Ava Peryam and Michael G. LaFleur. In addition to her parents and husband, Elizabeth was preceded in death by two brothers: Alvin Koch, Harold Koch and two sisters: Florence Wiseman and Martha Fuller. In accordance with her wishes, cremation has taken place under the direction of the Ford Chapel-Martenson Family of Funeral Homes, Rockwood. Burial of Elizabeth's ashes will be with her husband at Greenwood Cemetery in East Tawas.
