Edwin A. Kolacki

Edwin A. Kolacki; Age 75, of Trenton passed away on February 22, 2019 peacefully at home with his family by his side. He was born July 25, 1943 in Toledo, Ohio. He was the beloved husband of Deborah, loving father to Julie (Mark) Bell, Andy, Beth, Brian (Tatiana) Zellner and Jeff (Jennifer) Zellner. Dearest Grandpa to Ava, Adam, Grace, Jack, Dylan and Grayson. Dear brother of Kathy Scherer and brother in law to Bob and Nancy Zakar. Also survived by his nieces, nephews and other loving family members and friends. Ed was a loyal and dedicated employee of Chrysler and retired after over 40 years of service. He was an avid golfer and passionate fisherman who also enjoyed duck hunting, building model airplanes and collecting toy soldiers. He loved spending time up north in Harbor Springs with his family and friends. He especially loved taking his grandchildren to the donut shop in downtown Harbor Springs, catching frogs on the golf course, and taking them on golf cart rides. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network.
