Edward L. Osborn

Edward L. Osborn, of Taylor, passed away October 10, 2024. Beloved father of DeeAnn (the late David) Chambers, Tammy Newman, and David (Garnett) Osborn. Loving grandfather of Melissa Chambers (Thomas Gibson), David (Danielle) Chambers, Jr., Amy Chambers (T.J. Whitt) and Joshua Newman (Brittany Schilk). Proud great grandfather of 6 grandsons. He is survived by his siblings, Ruth Spears, John Osborn, Mildred Respondeck, Howard Osborn, Nancy Jude, and Ronnie Osborn, along with many nieces, nephews, other loving family members and his best friend Larry Rhodes. He is preceded in death by his parents, Otis and Bertha Sword Osborn, his siblings, Eugene Osborn, Lavonne Larson, Faye Bennett and Emeline Harland.

Ed enjoyed being outdoors any chance he could, he loved venturing up north during the fall, the atmosphere of a race track and the feeling of a fish taking his bait.

Visitation will take place Monday, October 14, 2024 at The Allen Park Chapel of The Martenson Family of Funeral Homes from 1:00 pm until 8:00 pm. The funeral service will begin Monday at 7:00 pm.
