Douglas L. Coulter, passed away July 16, 2021 of Riverview. Loving husband to Donna. Proud father of Josh and Lauren. Dear brother of Karen, Christopher and Greg. Cherished son to Noel and Phyllis Coulter. Beloved son-in-law to Simon Williams. Douglas proudly served his country in the United States Air Force. He worked for many years as a carrier for the United States Postal Service. He enjoyed being outdoors and fishing. He loved to watch the Detroit Tigers and Red Wings.
