Douglas was born September 15th, 1935 to the late Dan and Bessie Julien. Loving husband of Eva. Dear father of Heather (Christopher) Houston, Amanda (Tony) Williams, Nicole (Mike) Montgomery, Cheryl (John) Peczy, and Vicky (Paul) Emery. Proud grandfather of several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
