Dorothy Odette

Odette, Dorothy, age 91, February 12, 2018 of South Rockwood, Michigan. She was born in Chatham, Ontario, Canada on June 10, 1926 and was the oldest of 10 children. She was raised in depression era in South Rockwood MI. In 1946 she married Ed Odette, they remained married for nearly 70 years until Ed's death in 2016. Dorothy was a lifelong homemaker who devoted her life to her husband and children. After Ed's retirement in 1978 they enjoyed many years of the snowbird life, wintering in Riverview Fl. Dorothy is survived by her 5 children, Jim (Laura) Odette, Don (Cathy) Odette, Sharon (Phil) Nichols, Randy (Kate) Odette and Ed (Linda) Odette. She is also survived by 7 Grandchildren and 15 Great Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Ed and by 5 siblings.
