Doris was born on August 26, 1930 in Detroit, Michigan and died on August 11, 2019 at Seasons Hospice at Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital at the age of 88; she was of Trenton. Beloved wife of the late Bill. Loving mom of Rick, the late Nick and to his wife Rose, Deanna (Daniel) Styla, Tammy (Steve) Grissom and Billy Joe (Michelle). Proud grandma of 15 and great grandma of 11. Dearest sister of Mary Whitehead and Betty (Dale) Eising. Also survived by other loving family and friends. In addition to her husband and son she was preceded in death by her parents Carl and Mary (nee: Davis) Cole, two brothers Robert and Earl Cole and one sister Virginia Buchanan. Visitation is on Wednesday, August 14, 2019 from 2 – 9 pm at The Trenton Chapel of The Martenson Family of Funeral Homes, 3200 West Rd., Trenton. The service is on Wednesday, August 14, 2019 at 6 pm at the funeral home. Everyone is invited to attend the committal service which will be on Thursday, August 15, 2019 at 12 pm at Our Lady of Hope Cemetery in Brownstown, Michigan. Memorial contributions may be made as the donor chooses.
