Donna M. Ketcher

Donna M. Ketcher, age 66 of Brownstown, passed away February 13, 2023 surrounded by her family.

Born in Detroit, Donna was the daughter of Thomas and Mary (Olsen) Sowards. A graduate of Belleville High School, she married the love of her life, James Ketcher, on October 25, 1979. Donna worked for over 34 years for the United States Post Office Bulk Mail Center, retiring in 2013. Donna enjoyed crafting, but her most treasured times were those spent with her family. Donna was a cancer survivor, having beat ovarian cancer in 2017.

Donna leaves to cherish her memory, James, her husband of the past 43 years; her children: Anthony Ketcher and Annette (Jacob) Hunt; three grandchildren: Chase Ketcher, Mara Hunt and Reese Hunt; as well as six siblings: William (Carmen) Sowards, Linda (William) Brunty, Barbara (Clyde) Shock, Paul Sowards, Anna (William) Caruso and Samantha (Steve) Welch. Sadly she was preceded in death by her parents; a son Carl Ketcher and a brother Randy Sowards.
