Donald “Fergy” Ferguson was born on May 26, 1940 in Detroit, Michigan and died on September 2, 2022 at Beaumont Hospital Dearborn at the age of 82; he was of Detroit. Cherished husband of 60 years to Cindy. Loving dad of Kim (Ken) Brinsden, Don (Susan) Ferguson and Nicole Muntz (Paul Burke). Proud papa of Chris, Briana, Brittany, Olivia and the late Kyle. Great grandpa of Mila, Kendall and Morgan. Dearest brother of Roy Ferguson, Harold Ferguson and the late Jimmy Ferguson. Also survived by many family and friends. Preceded in death by his parents Claude and Mattie Lee Ferguson. Donald’s love in life was his family; he loved being up north, hunting and was a retiree of Ford Motor Company. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, September 7, 2022 from 3 pm to 7 pm; there will be a service on Wednesday at 6:30 pm both at The Allen Park Chapel of The Martenson Family of Funeral Homes, 10915 Allen Rd. (Corner of Goddard). Memorial contributions to honor his life may be made to the COPD Foundation.
