Diann Leigh Labell-Huffaker

Diann Leigh LaBell-Huffaker of Gibraltar, Michigan was born on September 1, 1963 in Trenton, Michigan and passed away on March 1, 2024 at the age of 60. Cherished wife of 24 years to Jonathon Troy Huffaker. Beloved daughter of Harvey and the late Janice LaBell of Rockwood, MI. Dearest sister of Michael “Mike” LaBell of Brownstown Twp., MI and Christopher “Chris” (Sandy) LaBell of Flat Rock, MI. Dearest aunt of Zack, Blake and Christopher. Step mother of Levi, Ryan, Aaron and Harmony. Also survived by many cousins, aunts, uncles and family and friends both locally and around the world. Diann was a graduate of Oscar Carlson High School in Gibraltar. She was a hard worker from an early age who was working as a talented kitchen and bathroom designer when she left the workforce to travel and be on the road with her husband. She was an avid blogger who promoted enjoying the beauty of life on a thrifty budget; she loved to read and travel and was a Master Gardener. A Celebration of Life is being planned for when the lilacs bloom. In lieu of flowers the family asks that you honor Diann’s life by doing an act of kindness; helping someone in need; by making someone smile.
