Dennis Ward

Dennis Ward, of White Lake and Lincoln Park, passed away May 23, 2024. Loving companion and partner of Jennifer Vaughn for over 18 years. Dear Dad of Tracy (Paul) Baker and Holly Hammond Blades, Proud Grandpa of Morgan Gulick, Emma Baker, and Jamie Hammond, and dear cousin of Sharon (Don) Eifert. Loving daddy to his dog, Isabelle, and cat, Lacy.

Dennis had a long career at Concept Technologies at BASF. He was a creator and visionary; he would create a vision of something in his mind and use his multi-skilled trade background to bring it to life in a most creative way. He designed and created everything from fabricating a beautiful fire wood rack out of recycled steel to beautiful copper jewelry which he sold at local art shows. His favorite places to be were at his work bench, at his lake house watching a beautiful sun set with his companion, and in his lazy boy with his dog and cat at the end of the day.

A Celebration of Life memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 29th at Michigan Memorial Park at noon.

***Arrival is requested by 11:45am in front of the office by the main cemetery gates located at the corner of Huron River Drive and Willow Road, across from Huron High School - our procession of cars will be escorted to the outdoor covered chapel where you can park. The service will start at Noon. If you arrive late, you can follow the yellow line in the road by the office and it will take you right to the outdoor Chapel.***
