Dennis Walter Deyoung

Born in Detroit, Dennis was the son of Walter & Violet Ethel (Sonntag) DeYoung. He married the love of his life, Christine Kroll on July 18, 1970. A dedicated husband and family man, Dennis worked very hard to support his family working multiple jobs throughout his life with the Veteran's Administration Hospital for 37 years, the Knights of Columbus for 12, Michigan Memorial for 22 years, as well as operating his own law service doing lawns and maintenance for many in the community. He very much enjoyed time with his family, camping and spending time outdoors. Dennis leaves to cherish his memory, Christine, his wife of the past 44 years; children: Jennifer (Richard) Kordish and Michelle (Scott) Malinowski; grandchildren: Samantha Kordish, Stephen Kordish, Abigail Malinowski and Owen Malinowski; his step-mother Mildred DeYoung; a brother David DeYoung; as well as two step-sisters: Maryanne (Jim) Jaworski and Barbara (Herb) Kroh.
